I made a subscription purchase but I can't access the other volumes.
Subscription purchases permit you to view contents for the month of purchase and beyond.
Previous volumes will be available for individual purchasing. -
I want to purchase all previous volumes.
Please access the purchasing screen from the "New Release" purchase button or the back number page.
There you can select the volumes which you'd like to purchase. -
I want to make a subscription purchase, but it says I've already bought it.
Have you made a subscription purchase before?
There is the possibility that you have temporarily cancelled your purchases, so please send your name and previously used email address (if not, your address and phone number) to contact@iwaiff.com -
I want to temporarily stop my subscription purchase.
Please send us an email at contact@iwaiff.com
After stopping your purchases, you can continue to view the volumes you have purchased.
Please log in with your email address and password.
You can restart your subscription purchase by notifying us by email. -
I want to unsubscribe.
Please send us an email at contact@iwaiff.com
After you unsubscribe, you will be unable to log in and will not be able to view any previously purchased back number issues.
Please reference the "I want to temporarily stop my subscription" section, and decide between "Unsubscribing" or "Temporarily Stopping". -

Have you mistaken your log in ID/password with that of the WebShop “Yentown Market”?
Please use your Iwai Shunji Film Festival ID and password. -

I have multiple ID's. I want to consolidate it to one.
If you have used different ID's (email addresses) to make your purchases, you will have multiple accounts and your mypage and ID information will all be different.
If one individual possesses multiple accounts, it is possible to consolidate them into one.
